Grandma Esther and her husband sought insurance to help her, but options were too expensive or would not cover Bianca’s asthma. Esther turned to friends and others for advice, but no one could help. She worried constantly about Bianca having a violent asthma attack, as well as the potential cost of medical bills they could never afford.
